Schezwan Steamed Egg


Let's do some experiments with eggs. Egg steamed and cooked in Schezwan sauce.


Ingredients:
  1. Egg, 2
  2. Garlic cloves, 4
  3. Cornflour powder, 4 tbsp
  4. Oats, 6 tbsp
  5. Schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar, 1 tsp
  7. Soybean oil/Refined oil,3 tbsp

Methods:

Cut the egg in square pieces and dip them in cornflour batter. Coat with roasted oats and toss in  2 tbsp of oil.
* in 6 tbsp water dissolve cornflour powder and a pinch of salt to make batter.

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil . Dissolve sauce and sugar in the remaining cornflour batter. Add into oil and wait till it forms a sauce consistency. Place the steamed egg pieces in serving bowl and spread the sauce on the top.


Serving suggestions- Bread, Noodles.
